A little bundle of wtf

Either Amazon knows something we don’t, or our parents have unorthodox ways of applying pressure.

Or it could be a database error. But what are the odds of that?

Mags told us the happy news while we were there, but said she was waiting for the right moment to drop it on you. Too bad you had to find out this way, but we all know you’ll make a great Dada.

First the camera to document all of the little one’s movements (both bowel and otherwise), and now this. At least in New York having a kid doesn’t mean you have to change your bar-hopping schedule – just take them along!

awwww, that’s so sweet of Amazon to break the good news . . . . and what better timing – your birthday!

    happy birthday!

I didn’t click, I want to be surprised. I’m hoping that baby is getting seasons 3 and 4 of The Wire.

Happy birthday! (I left this same message on your MySpace profile, but you don’t appear to log into it anymore.)

Thanks! It’s true, I haven’t logged in for a long time… no Scrabulous on MySpace.

You get that apology email yet?

We got one of those too, Kimberly was sure it was a practical joke. Maybe amazon should just go back to selling books?

Hey Matt, Sorry I missed your birthday and maybe its good that amazon has taken it upon itself to apply the necessary pressure.
I watched the Nomi documentary and he definitely is/was an awesome musician. There is a great clip from when he performed on SNL with Bowie. So so cool. The documentary is less cool than he is but nonetheless quite interesting. It was about New York in the early-eighties, the new wave, and AIDS. New York sounds like it was cooler or at least more affordable back then but maybe it is just nostalgia at work.
Any way, HI! Thanks! and Happy (late) Birthday!!
