What do you call an abandonded blog in Morocco?
Wednesday, June 21st, 2006A Berber press!
I hope to get back on track with some amusing anecdotes from our trip to Morocco, including my best description of the baffling Moroccan pastime of making fun of Berbers at every turn (see above).
For now, we’ve got pictures of the first legs of our trip up on my flickr account. Pick from the chronological sets or the tag cloud. More soon, but off to work now.

you look thin, mattbot. was it diahrrea? i still can’t believe that the same guy who poo-pooed leaving his bedroom to do anything (reapeat: anything) until the age of 17 went to morocco. and i can’t wait until you get here this weekend.

My blog software automagically resized the image and distorted it. I didn’t have time to fix it, so we look thinner than usual.
tb, I think Maggie’s only pair of shorts is a pair of teal and purple wonders purchased in the summer of ’99.

I want to hear all about your part of Africa! There’s no desert where I am. Just two oceans and lots of mountains. Ack. Boring.

Wow! It almost looks like you guys were really in the desert! You’re a photoshop whiz, Raw! Nice work! Can you make a picture of me in space?
