This is the post where we talk about Running for Drugs’ greatest hits

Friday, July 28th, 2006

The laundry limbo post was an instant classic and will keep ‘em talking for years to come. Share your favorite RfD moments in the comments, we’ll all cry together.

Elsewhere, jackal alerts us to technical difficulties at oculon.org (could Jeff from Git-n-Go be behind this?) and TB3’s return from the dead caused a minor disturbance of the peace this morning in Brooklyn.

Finally, if you’re reading this from the Ann Arbor area and have any interest in some secondhand furniture, check out these ads:

We’re doing well, if you’re curious. We tried to see Kronos Quartet and Philip Glass accompany Dracula in Prospect Park last night but a) the line was literally half a mile long and b) the humidity turned the act of breathing into a full body workout. It turned out for the best, as it stormed later and likely washed out the performance.

Thanks for the shout out mattbot…but it looks like it’s a good thing I shuttered the blog…no one has any favorite posts! Will you help me cry into my beer tomorrow in Queens?

I don’t think you’ll need any help… we’ll be in Queens! A ha ha ha!

Seriously though, the blog will be missed. Suckas don’t even know.

True dat. If I could refer to the archives, I would put together a top ten list of my RfD faves, alas, I cannot.

Also, in the picture of the coffee table, am I right in assuming Robert volunteered to be “all-time question reader” during a persuit of the trivial kind? Funny, that role fits him perfectly, but nobody ever asked him to be all-time quarterback as a kid.

Also, Say Anything is coming back with a vengeance. The Bachelor party was put on hold this weekend as we had major kitten drama. Will post soon.
