7-footer in negative feedback spree

No, seriously, call it the Curse of the Blogbot.
Mere days after former Iowa Hawkeye center and known tall drink of water Brad Lohaus received positive feedback in this space, the Iowa City Police Department, in conjunction with eBay Security (and probably Per Mar) gave Lohaus a little negative feedback of their own. Lohaus allegedly pocketed over $200 in cash from an eBay auction but failed to deliver some sort of fishing device. He is charged with fourth degree theft and breaking the fisherman’s creed.
It is not expected that this eTheft will negatively affect the esteem Mr. Lohaus has built on the Iowa City bar circuit. Photo credit: iversys.com

brad lohaus was the man in sega basketball circa ’94. he teamed with dee brown to give the c’s an incredible inside/outside combination.

The Lohaus-Celtics mention got me thinking about another big man from Iowa with not an excessive amount of upside, Acie Earl. Fortunately for the Celts, it looks like their love affair with mediocre big men from Iowa ended when Jared Reiner went to the Bulls.
